Religion: the way man thinks we can get God's approval (always full of rules)

Relationship: love, commitment and sacrifice, intimacy w/ Christ.

Pray and read books, and your bible to get closer to God, not just because of religion. In Christianity it's always to categories,

Routine "the Rules" vs. Heart "the Pursuit"

Religion: Routine "Sunday Morning" or you "Wednesday night bible study"

Relationship: Seeking God daily for yourself

When you pray, do not think...Okay, I prayed so I should receive it in a few seconds, or in a few minutes....SIS, God isn't a genie! Pray, then let God speak to you when the time is right, you won't know how God speaks if you're not in a relationship with him . Colossians 2:6-8

God is the only boss that will lay you off and still allow you to work to glorify him. Regardless of who you are or what you've done. That's pure favor and grace for you! meaning, God will take his hand off you and still allow you to work to give him the glory while you still receive the blessings, crazy right? no, that's GRACE.

Don't just know the scripture or scriptures and not know what they mean or how to apply them to your life.

God is waiting on you! SEEK HIM.
